Privacy notice
This notice explains how Handy Day Tools handles information on handydaytools.com. Individual tool websites also provide their own notices. For Bingo Party, see its privacy notice.
Information on this website
This website provides operator information and links to our tools. It has no account registration, file-upload form, or payment form. Display-ad scripts are not enabled on these pages.
Hosting and security
Our hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and requested URLs. Cloudflare security features may set cookies, including a bot-management cookie such as __cf_bm. These are separate from advertising cookies.
Content entered into tools
Bingo Party generates cards and PDFs in your browser. Your word list is not uploaded to us for processing. The current page retains your setup until you reload or close it. Downloaded PDFs remain on the device where you save them.
Contacting support
If you email igeonyu96@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you send. We use them to respond, investigate issues, and maintain a record of the conversation. Our mailbox is hosted by Google. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
You may use that address to request deletion of support messages. We will review the request and any applicable retention obligations.
Advertising
We intend to support the tools through advertising. Display advertising is not currently enabled. An AdSense account-verification tag and an ads.txt file identify our intended advertising account; they do not themselves load display ads. Before enabling advertising scripts, we will update the relevant notices to describe the providers, their use of cookies or similar identifiers, and the choices available to visitors.
Links and changes
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date above.

Printable activity resources
Our activity guides and participant sheets can be downloaded without signing up. Thinking-card generation, PNG export and PDF export happen in your browser. Puzzle settings are kept only in the current page; we do not receive your generated cards or save them in an account. Downloaded files are stored wherever you choose on your device.
Optional visitor analytics
Google Analytics 4 measures visits, activity views, resource download requests and tool links only after you choose Allow analytics. It processes page addresses, page titles, the referring website origin, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Content entered into our tools is never sent to Analytics. Download requests record fixed resource IDs, file types and paper sizes; a request does not confirm that a file was saved. Tool links record fixed site and destination tool IDs, such as flashcards or photo_print. A link request does not confirm arrival, use or file output. Tool searches and clicked destination addresses are not sent. Approved social campaigns use only fixed campaign IDs and Threads or X labels. With analytics consent, these labels are kept in this tab on this site for up to 30 minutes. The main site adds only these labels to supported tool links; the destination requires its own analytics choice. No user or client identifier is transferred between sites. We omit arbitrary campaign values and URL query strings and fragments from analytics page addresses and send only the referring website origin.
Analytics cookies and your choice expire after 180 days. Choose No thanks to decline, or use Analytics choices in the footer to change your choice at any time. Declining does not affect the tools. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected reports. Advertising choices are separate.
