A few details help us reproduce the problem:

• The tool name and page address.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your browser and device type.
• The error message, if one appeared.

If a screenshot helps, remove personal information before sending it. Use a short sample word list rather than private event or attendee details.

Before contacting us about Bingo Party

If a PDF will not export, check for unsupported characters and long phrases. The current tool supports English and common Western European characters. Emoji and other writing systems may need to be replaced.

Card settings are not saved after a page reload. Keep the page open until your PDF is downloaded. You can find the tool at bingo.handydaytools.com.

Privacy and accessibility

Use the same email address to ask about information you have sent us, request deletion of a support message, or describe an accessibility problem. Include only the details needed to understand your request.

We do not ask for your passwords, payment card details, or identity documents to troubleshoot a free tool.
